  • Site Description: This small site offers space for just one camping party, but additional day users should have room to park and launch a car top boat. One table, fire ring and outhouse are provided. This small lake offers a pleasant place for paddling, and anglers may be treated to some fairly productive fishing for wild rainbow trout.

  • Driving Directions: From Bear Lake, travel north on Highway 97 until you reach the Firth Lake/Hambone Connector FSR. Follow this road for approx. 15 km and turn right when you reach the junction with the Hambone FSR. Proceed for about 4km and you will find the site off the side of the Hambone FSR on the right side of the road. Please note that this area is extremely busy with industrial traffic. The use of 2-way radios is highly recommended. Please drive cautiously at all times and be aware of high volumes of heavy industrial traffic.
