  • Site Description: The Wolverine Snow Trail is located on a Deactivated Road. Users should use caution when using this trail. The bridge structure at km 34 has been removed. This River does not freeze over and is no longer passable on Snowmobile. The bridge structure at km 32.5 on the Wolverine Trail has also been removed. Users will need to ford the River. The Wolverine Snow Trail is the access point for the greater Wolverine Snowmobile Riding Area. This trail is maintained in Partnership with the TR Ridge Riders Snowmobile Association.   • Driving Directions: From Tumbler Ridge head north on Hwy 29 and drive for 9 kms. Turn left onto the Wolverine FSR. Drive past the Wolverine Coal Mine at Km 17 and park at km 22 prior to crossing the railroad tracks.
