  • Site Description: A quiet site not far from the highway. Campsites are located at either end of an old railway trestle. Cedar Lake is small and easily explored by canoe. ****** Please be advised: 2025 ***** Cedar Lake Recreation Site near Campbell River will be closed from mid-July to mid-August as the Blackwater FSR access will require closure during a Western toadlet migration. The exact dates will depend on the migration start and end.   • Driving Directions: From Campbell River, head north on Highway 19 towards Roberts Lake (about 31 km). Just before the resort, turn left and follow the signs to Cedar Lake.
